We run applications and infrastructure for small and medium-sized businesses across industries. We built some of those applications ourselves; many come from other vendors. We look after them – in the public cloud or in data centres here in Hamburg.

01 / Our approach

We started by building software. We stayed to run it.

Building software, putting it into production and continuing to look after it: that’s how we started. Today, most of our work is in operations, including running large commercial software systems.

We still think like developers. That helps us understand how software and infrastructure work together, track down problems and automate repetitive tasks. “You build it, you run it” is how we’ve worked from the start – and we bring that experience to software built by others, too.

In the cloud or in Hamburg.

We work with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, as well as European providers such as IONOS and Nebius. We also run systems in data centres we contract with here in Hamburg.

The right environment depends on your requirements. What does the application need? What data does it handle? How available does it need to be, and what will it cost to run? We work through these questions with you.

03 / Digital autonomy

Your data. Your decisions.

Data privacy and digital autonomy matter to us. We work in Germany and Europe and understand the expectations that come with that.

That’s why we also discuss where your data is stored, who can access it and how much you depend on individual providers. A European location alone doesn’t answer all of those questions. We want you to understand the options and their consequences – and to retain the ability to change direction later.

04 / Development

When standard software isn’t enough, we build.

An online shop, CRM or ERP system can cover a lot of ground. But sometimes a business needs something these products can’t sensibly provide: a particular workflow, a new service or a digital product of its own.

That’s where we develop custom software. We integrate existing products where they fit. Our development work starts where you need your own functionality and applications.

That includes native Android and iOS apps when they make sense for the product. How the software will be run, maintained and developed further is part of our thinking from the start.
